7th Grade Annual Health Screening Sept. 26-29

The annual vision, hearing, height and weight screening is scheduled for September 26th and 29th.  This state-mandated screening will be conducted for 7^th grade students only. This screening consists of distance vision, hearing, and height/weight screening.

These screenings in no way duplicate or replace a professional eye exam. They are designed to detect problem areas. If the school nurse identifies a possible problem, you will be notified by written referral.

It is important that your child attend school on the screening days. If your child wears glasses, please remind him/her to bring them.
