7th Grade Vision and Hearing Screening

RE: Vision and Hearing for 7th Grade Students

The Annual Vision and Hearing Screening is scheduled for December 10th and 11th.  This state-mandated screening will be conducted for 7th grade students only. This screening consists of distance vision and a hearing screening.

These screenings in no way duplicate or replace a professional eye exam. They are designed to detect problem areas. If the school nurse identifies a possible problem, you will be notified by written referral.

It is important that your child attend school on the screening days. If your child wears glasses, please remind him/her to bring them.
