A Pumpkin Spice Latte, Anyone?

Pumpkin Spice Latte, cooler weather, and holiday celebrations are on the horizon as we transition into fall. Fall is when animals stockpile food and prepare for the winter ahead. This is also the time for us to dig in and stockpile our knowledge. Procedures have formed, classroom communities are built, and it's time to embrace learning. October to December is an incredible time for new learning.

I encourage you to take a moment to set your fall goals. What do you plan to "work hard" to accomplish, and what will you focus on celebrating for yourself and others? Setting goals, both big and small, help us to keep a balanced, healthy mindset as we move toward the holiday season, recognizing there is a time and a place for both.

For now, I'm off to grab my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season. Looking forward to watching us all embrace the fall season together!

  • Toy weapons and/or accessories are not allowed

  • Inflatable costumes must not cover the face

We have turned this into a competition during 6th period classes. The teacher with the most food donations from each grade level will be awarded a gift card, and their winning classes will receive a treat during lunch. Food will be collected on Friday, November 4th during 6th period.
