Zone Variances

Parents, if you would like to apply for a zone variance, click on the following link: Change of School Assignment | It's Your Choice to complete the COSA application. School principals can no longer approve or disapprove zone variances. All zone variances will be processed through CCSD. Parents will receive a letter from CCSD to inform them of whether or not the zone variance has been approved.

Facemask Protocol update

Based on Governor Sisolak’s updated directive, the statewide mask mandate for Nevada has ended. Masks will no longer be required on CCSD campuses, schools, or facilities, but will remain required on school buses. Because COVID-19 continues, students and employees of CCSD can make the individual choice to continue masking. At this time, all other COVID-19 mitigation measures remain in effect. Students who are placed in quarantine and enrolled in distance learning for the required five days must wear a facemask for six continuous days upon their return to school campus.
