Principal's Message:

The end of the school year is only a few weeks away so I urge all of our students to take advantage of the days ahead. It is important that students hear the same message from all of us…parents, teachers, counselors, and anyone else who is important in their lives.

This is what I tell anxious students who are stressing over their final grades.

You can do this! Check Canvas for missing assignments. Submit them before the deadline. Complete your final projects. Prepare for your end of the year assessments. Ask your teachers for help. But most importantly, make your classes a priority for the next few weeks and keep telling yourself, “I can do this!”

I am hoping that you will impart the same message to your children, who just happen to be our wonderful students.

Words of encouragement and affirmation can give students the confidence they need to succeed. If we all use the same messaging, I believe that we can be a catalyst that contributes to the success of our students.
