Principal’s Message:

A Week to Celebrate Greenspun!
What a wonderful week it has been to celebrate the students and school community that make Greenspun Middle School such a special place!
We are incredibly proud of the 15 students who were inducted into the National Junior Honor Society this week. These students have demonstrated the five pillars of NJHS: scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. Their accomplishments reflect not only their dedication to academics, but also their commitment to making a positive difference in our school and community.
Our Girls Flag Football team also gave us plenty to celebrate, defeating two teams this week and remaining undefeated! We are proud of the hard work, teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship our student-athletes continue to demonstrate.
The Greenspun choirs shared their incredible talents during their first concert of the school year. Their outstanding performances showcased the dedication of our students and the passion and expertise of our music educators. We are so proud of the excellence they brought to the stage!
Perhaps what makes these accomplishments even more meaningful is the incredible support of the Greenspun community partners. Their generosity, encouragement, and belief in our students truly make my heart happy. We are grateful for all that they do to help our students thrive.
It was especially meaningful to see Findlay Honda Henderson present our award-winning cheerleaders with a $750 donation to support their program. This generous contribution is a wonderful example of what is possible when a community comes together to invest in its students.
I am also incredibly grateful to the Las Vegas Raiders Impact for recognizing our flag football teams as part of their Game of the Week. The Raiders showed up for our students, cheered them on, and celebrated their accomplishments by presenting the winning teams with a special trophy and providing flags for team members. Their presence made an already exciting experience even more memorable for our students.
These moments remind us that when students, families, educators, and community partners come together, our students are the ones who shine.
