Access to CCSD Google Workspace should be available outside of CCSD networks on Wednesday, October 25 at 5 p.m.
Last week, two separate incidents resulted in limited access for students and employees due to issues with CCSD internet technology.
On the evening of October 16, CCSD took action to restrict access to the CCSD Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, and other Google-based apps) beyond CCSD networks. This step was in response to the discovery that an "unauthorized party" compromised an email account and environment.
The second incident took place in the late evening of October 19, when a construction-related incident cut internet connectivity to the District.
Students will still need to reset their passwords at myaccount.ccsd.net to ensure their accounts are secure, and to have access to Infinite Campus Portal to monitor their grades. Currently, myaccount.ccsd.net is experiencing heavy traffic, and may take longer to load during the busiest times of day.
